Hunningley Primary takes the safeguarding of children very seriously

Safeguarding Policy 2021-2022

Annex 5 Update March 2021

The happiness and care of our pupils is of paramount importance. We want every pupil to feel at home in their school; to know they are somewhere with people who care about them and are eager for them to learn.

We provide the very best pastoral care for pupils and teachers take the time to get to know each child so that they can provide them with the personalised support and care they need and deserve.

Our Designated Child Protection Officers are:

  • Designated Safeguarding Lead:
    Mrs Howard

  • Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads
Mrs Horton-Hale, Mrs E Hames, Mrs G Blackley and Mrs D Glover

  • E-Safety Safeguarding Lead - Mrs S Hirst

If you have a concern about the welfare or well-being of any of our pupils, please contact the Designated Child Protection Officer.
