Fantastic friction!

Fantastic friction!

Mrs Clarke's class

In science this week, class 7 have completed a practical experiment to measure the effects of friction. We let a toy car roll down a ramp onto different surfaces to see which surface stopped the car travelling soonest. We found that the grass had most friction and did not allow the car to travel across it. The table too had the least friction and so the car travelled furthest along it.

Next week we will draw a graph to show our results.
