The Great Fire of London

The Great Fire of London

Miss Tinkler's class

The children have had immense amounts of fun this week, particularly during their topic learning. Our topic focus at the moment is The Great Fire of London and I cannot believe how enthused the children are to learn. During their independent activities they have made bread and buns for the bakery in the play dough and outdoor pebble kitchen. Some children have made an outdoor shelter, as many people were made homeless after the great fire. Also, some have decided to build the Kings Castle and a Fire Station with our construction blocks. I am so proud of the children this week they have all settled into Year 1 perfectly.

Fun fun fun!
