Anti bullying week

Anti bullying week

The children have had an amazing week, focused around anti bullying. On Monday children worse odd socks to celebrate individuality and difference. On Tuesday and Wednesday children had circle times around the book "The Little Bully". We had lots of discussion about what the book meant and what behavior is expected within school. On Thursday we had a safer internet day and discussed that people who we speak to online may not be safe and we always have to get parents permission. We made little puppets to symbolise that online people wear a mask and aren't always what they appear to be.  Last but not least on Friday was Children in Need. We celebrated our kindness towards other children that may not be as lucky as we are. Its safe to say we have had lots of FUN!
