Meet your 2016-17 school councillors


School Council Library…

The school council have met today and are now one step closer to opening a library for the rest of school to enjoy. The school council are planning on opening the library in the Summer term for children across school to borrow a book on a weekly basis. If anyone has any books they no longer need and can donate to the library they would be gratefully received by the school councillors.Library

IMG_0409The school council are really excited to have received games and activities from the parents association for lunchtime activities.
Jack and Amber wrote a letter to ask for some money to help with purchasing games for lunchtimes and  found these at our school council meeting yesterday!

Christmas Fair

Christmas fair school councilThe school council did a fantastic job yesterday running the ‘pick a straw’ game. School councillors Charlotte and Ruby did an amazing job setting up the game and KS2 councillors at preparing posters for the stall. What an amazing team they are!

The new school council representatives have now been elected…

School Council‘The new school council representatives have now been elected and have received their school council badge. They met with Mrs Kelly to discuss their first mission, which was to ask their class about rules for playtimes and lunchtimes. They have now decided to ask their class to design posters to be displayed in the playgrounds and will meet again after the holidays.’
